Delivery Manager (Work-Based Learning) – Full Time – Permanent

Broxbourne Campus

Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are looking to recruit a Delivery Manager (Work-Based Learning) to work for our subsidiary company, Herts Resourcing Group, based at Hertford Regional College. This role holder will lead on the day-to-day operational delivery of employer-responsive programmes, ensuring delivery of outstanding training and assessment. The role will support the expansion of high-quality apprenticeships and commercial provision, in-line with college strategic objectives.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their experience of implementing strategies that align with operational priorities, promote business growth and be able to evidence previous experience of working with employers.

You will support the Director and other College Managers to ensure outstanding standards of provision through the planning, review, development, design and implementation of Apprenticeships and commercial programmes, which meet the needs of our communities and employers.

You should ideally have assessor and verification qualifications, relevant management experience and an understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework. Our ideal candidates should also have successful experience of delivering apprenticeships; a proven track record of improving the learner experience and the ability to drive improvements in the quality of provision. You should also have financial acumen with experience of managing budgets and an understanding of both commercial and government funding arrangements.

Hours: 36 hours - Monday to Friday

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Annual Leave: You will also receive 30 days per annum plus bank and public holidays.
