We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager to develop new and existing partnerships with non-levy and levy paying employers. As part of our team, you will have access to excellent support and resources, and investment in your personal development. Our hybrid working model means you can work from any one of our campuses once or twice a week (Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or multiple locations in London).
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will identify key stakeholders and decision-makers through targeted marketing campaigns, create quarterly regional campaigns, and confidently discuss sales pipelines and reports using relevant data. You will also be responsible for generating revenue in line with agreed targets and growing and maintaining a regional client base.
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of B2B sales in the apprenticeships, training, or recruitment industries, as well as experience in growing a regional client base. You should also be solutions-oriented, able to handle queries and problem resolution effectively.
