Role: Client Director

- Working towards a challenging financial sales target.
- Supporting the growth and development of Corndel Advance.
- Working in a research and consultative framework to understand our target clients’ strategic objectives and how commercially funded leadership and data programmes can align to form part of a solution.
- Generating sales leads through introductions and prospecting at large companies in our target market.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to organise and manage targeted marketing campaigns.
- Leading campaigns and stakeholder engagement strategies to win new clients.
- Working closely with the Account Management and New Client Acquisition teams to ensure we continue our collaborative approach with target clients.
- Supporting in the creation of presentations, bids and proposals.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- A track-record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a business-to-business, solution-based sales role.
- Experience of engaging and influencing senior decision-makers at large businesses.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Thrives working at pace and to deadlines.
- Exhibits high energy, commitment and collaboration.
- Passionate about the power of education and training.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of different business environments and priorities.
- Experience in negotiating pricing B2B commercial training programmes.
- Experience of workforce and people development in large corporate settings.
