Learning Links are excited to offer a rare opportunity to join our team!

We are looking to appoint a Business Development Consultant to work as part of the Learning Links team, to successfully implement the delivery of apprenticeships nationally with a wide range of top performing training providers.

Learning Links provides a unique service to employers, training providers and recruitment agencies across the country. Finding employers wishing to engage in fully funded training courses to a variety of Sectors (Health & Social Care, Hospitality, Retail, IT, Early Years, Business, Management, Construction) along with a wide range of apprenticeships nationally in the workplace.

Finding employers with a recruitment need, and using our extensive bank of contacts to source, train and place candidates in their ideal role.

Learning Links have developed relationships with some of the UK’s top training providers and recruitment agencies to ensure our clients receive the best all round service.

To be successful in the role of Business Development Consultant you will be required to:

1, Manage sales campaigns in all Regions

2, Able to build effective working relationships for repeat business

3, Professional & confident communication skills including paperwork completion.

4, Must have previous apprenticeship sales experience

5, Target driven

6, Deliver quality reporting in a timely manner and be able to work within deadlines

7, Achieve monthly targets

8, Able to work as part of a team, with an effective and pro-active work ethic


Experience, Skills Attributes:

1, Sales experience within apprenticeship/employer engagement (Desirable)

2, Experience within a fast-paced telesales environment (Desirable)

3, Strong organisational skills

4, Attention to detail

5, IT literate

6, A can-do attitude

7, Hardworking and self-motivated

The Business Development Consultant role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. This is a national role, based at our Head Office in Dodworth, Barnsley, S75 3SP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00
