Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Beauty Trainer to join our team at LAPT. The role involves delivering workshops in London to our learners on topics such as makeup, skin care, hair care and other beauty-related subjects.
As a Beauty Trainer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and providing feedback and support to learners. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies in the beauty industry to ensure the quality of our workshops.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and informative beauty workshops to learners
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
Provide constructive feedback and support to learners
Ensure the quality of the training sessions
Create and maintain training materials
Collaborate with other trainers and team members
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Beauty Trainer or similar role
Excellent knowledge of beauty, makeup, skin and hair care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage learners and deliver effective training
Flexibility to work in different locations
Relevant certifications or qualifications in beauty industry
