We are looking for a Development and Partnerships Lead to join our growing Apprenticeship Team, dedicated to driving the professional apprenticeship agenda locally and nationally. This is an exciting new role and opportunity to develop your career within the recently formed Department of Apprenticeships.
Your responsibilities will include delivering new employer acquisition from pipeline generation as well as developing existing client relationships, driving growth of our apprenticeship business. You will be responsible for building and executing compelling value propositions, presenting often complex information in a simple and effective way to employers and businesses of all sizes.
You will provide key account management, support and direction to employers; working as part of a cross-departmental team to ensure employers receive exceptional standards of customer service.
You will be passionate about building new relationships and have the motivation to go above and beyond to build the Teesside University Apprenticeship brand. You must have a desire to enable social mobility and the development of opportunities to enable people to access apprenticeships as part of the levelling up agenda.
Although a working knowledge of the apprenticeship market is preferred, we are interested in speaking to people who understand the needs of employers, know what great customer service looks like and enjoy delivering on targets.

This job will require regular travel across the UK with occasional evening working.
