About The Product Development Division
- Commissioning, briefing and managing writers, freelancers and external suppliers
- Checking content against quality and accessibility standards and our Global Content and Editorial (DE&I) Policy
- Briefing and testing digital functionality requirements
- Solving problems/managing risks for your project areas of responsibility
- Supporting Product Managers with market research/analysis and user testing
- Creating and presenting proposals for products, including PD, on the roadmap (support and training provided as necessary)
- Meeting with lead trainers to discuss feedback from events and any issues with trainer performance
- Interviewing potential new trainers
- Leading on cross-team projects, processes and meetings
- Supporting/mentoring other team members who can learn from your strengths/experience
- Value diversity and take pride in creating inclusive content that brings together many perspectives and lived experiences
- Are interested in education and are curious about the needs of teachers and learners to create content with them in mind
- Understand how to collaborate with a variety of different people and roles
- Are comfortable working autonomously to lead on project areas and solve problems/find solutions
- Are comfortable working with digital technology (training on our platforms and tools will be provided)
- Are comfortable reviewing and editing written content
- Are comfortable using data and insights to inform decisions about products
- Are focused and organised while juggling multiple projects/deadlines
- Are comfortable managing performance, including feeding back where we have performance concerns.
