What you’ll be doing
You'll provide support to our apprentices and support their line managers with regular progress reviews You will also be reviewing / assessing the apprentices’, gathering evidence of active learning and helping them to prepare for a timely apprenticeship end point assessment.
You will work closely with actuarial coaching team to support in arranging, preparing, undertaking, and documenting progress reviews.
What you'll need
You'll need high organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. Be proactive, resilient and ready to take on task, be self motivated with excellent communications skills, a team player and have excellent IT skills.
Ideally you will have knowledge of the actuarial profession , experience with supporting learners in an educational environment and a good understand in apprenticeships - however if you don't, don't worry! if you show the willing and desire, we'll make sure you are trained by our very best.
