Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking to recruit experienced Account Managers to support and grow the network of employers we work with across Somerset.

The role involves promoting and selling SS&L’s portfolio of services; primarily traineeships and apprenticeships, including virtual and classroom-based training solutions to employers across a range of sectors.

You'll need to be proactive, motivated and able to build strong relationships with your clients to ascertain their business’s training and apprenticeship requirements. You'll be required to manage employer’s apprenticeship vacancies, working with applicants to match them with apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.

The role involves travel across the county, so you'll need a car and be willing to work flexibly. The role is target driven as we are an organisation with ambitious growth plans, so a self-motivated, energetic individual with a sales focused account management or recruitment background would thrive in this role. An understanding of the education, training or apprenticeship industry would be ideal but is not essential. You'll be joining our organisation at an exciting time of growth and development and be happy to work within our ethos of changing lives through learning.
