Job title: HR Manager

We are looking for a candidate with expert-level knowledge and significant experience in HR to manage and oversee Human Resources across our academies in the Yorkshire Cluster of United Learning. The academies are Secondary schools based in Barnsley and Sheffield; Barnsley Academy, Sheffield Park Academy and Sheffield Springs Academy, with a fourth joining in the near future.

This role presents a rewarding opportunity to step into a new managerial position within the Cluster. The successful candidate will have overarching responsibility of managing and coordinating comprehensive HR services.

Report writing and presenting to a variety of audiences.
Excellent IT skills.
Ability to effectively contribute to the review and development of policies and procedures.

Demonstrate a positive, proactive and professional approach at all times.
