Are you an experienced Engineering Maintenance professional looking to move into education? Or an established Tutor / Assessor seeking a more flexible, autonomous role?

We’re working with a highly regarded training provider to recruit an Engineering Tutor / Assessor, offering the chance to make a real impact while enjoying a hybrid, field-based position.

🔧 The Role

Deliver and assess Engineering Maintenance apprenticeship programmes
Conduct workplace visits, observations, and progress reviews
Provide hands-on coaching and support to learners on-site
Manage your own diary with a high degree of autonomy
Cover a regional patch from Cheshire through to Yorkshire

👤 What We’re Looking For

Level 4 qualification (or above) in Engineering
Strong industry background in engineering maintenance
Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience (desirable, not essential)
Assessor qualification (advantageous – support available if needed)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
