The Department provides training and assessment for apprenticeships, work placed assessments, full and part time courses from levels 1 to 3 and Higher Education at the college’s centre. The post holder will join the existing Motor Vehicle team and be responsible to the Head of Department for the area.Role and Responsibilities : The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the Motor Vehicle programme, for developing and producing the required teaching materials and the relevant paperwork associates with the planning and assessing of the course. As well as this, you will be :

Planning and organising Learning.
Demonstrating teaching and learning skills.
Demonstrating assessment skills.
Driving student access and progression.
Taking responsibility for subject specialist knowledge.
Managing Personal Leaning and DevelopmentThe Candidate : We are wanting to speak to candidates who hold a level 3 or equivalent qualification in an automotive discipline (NVQ or City and Guilds) as well as teaching qualifications (or the willingness to complete them).
