The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Digital Content Curriculum Designer to join a growing organisation based in Worcester. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop high-quality digital learning content for apprenticeships, Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs), and commercial programmes.

You’ll take ownership of creating engaging, industry-aligned learning journeys, working closely with curriculum leads and subject matter experts.

This is a hybrid role, with at least two day per week in the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and developing high-quality digital and blended learning content across Levels 2–5
Creating engaging eLearning modules, digital resources, and workshop materials
Embedding interactive and innovative learning approaches, including simulations and scenario-based learning
Researching topics to ensure content is current, relevant, and industry-aligned
Collaborating with curriculum leads, subject matter experts, and internal teams
Ensuring content meets required quality, compliance, and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience designing digital learning or training content
Knowledge of the FE and Skills sector
Strong project management and organisational skills
Understanding of data, technology, and emerging digital tools (including AI)
A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on quality and learner engagement
