As a Spa Treatment Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all necessary spa training is completed and recorded in line with company standards.
Ensuring all generic treatments are performed according to set standards and procedures.
Identifying, developing, and training new treatments as directed.
Developing and training in new treatments to establish Champneys as a brand leader.
Identifying training needs within the Spa Department.
Completing all training reports and ensuring timely submission to the Spa Training Director.
Attending meetings and other occasions as requested by the Spa Training Manager and Spa Manager.
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times.

Qualifications required:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.
Spa training experience is desirable but not essential.
Good overall standard of education.
