About the Job

Facilitate in-store training and onboarding for new starters
Lead daily in-store coaching, supporting Sales Consultants’ growth and development
Observe and coach team members on customer engagement, selling skills, and product knowledge
Collaborate with Store Managers and the Training Manager to monitor and improve training outcomes
Deliver outstanding customer service and create emotional connections through storytelling (80% of your job)
Achieve individual and team sales goals, taking accountability for results

About You

Experienced in a multicultural retail environment, ideally within luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
Passionate about people development, learning, and coaching others to succeed
Strong presentation and excellent communication skills, with proven customer service expertise
Digitally proficient; English language skills are a plus
A winning personality, curious, empathetic, agile, and able to build trust quickly
