Prime location: Train clients in our boutique studio, conveniently located in the heart of Notting Hill Gate, London.

Key Details

Contract: 12 months (with a 3-month probation period).
Role: Personal Trainer (In-Person and Online)
Working Hours: Choose between two options:
[16 hours per week]: consisting of two evenings (4pm to 9 pm) and Saturdays (8am to 2pm).
Compensation 16h/w: min £1000, potentially £1700 per month (gross), based on performance.
[21 hours per week]: consisting of three evenings (4pm to 9 pm) and Saturdays (8am to 2pm).
Compensation 21/w: min £1500, potentially £2300 per month (gross), based on performance.
Performance Bonus: Based on the monthly trainer booking rate (occupancy ratio).
Sales Bonus: Earn additional income for each new client you bring on board.

Eligibility:

Right to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications:

Fully qualified with a Sports Science degree, REPS Level 3, or an equivalent certification.

Skills and Experience:

Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
A team player.
Genuine passion for fitness and a personal commitment to wellness.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced spoken English is essential.
Highly punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver personalised exercise programs.
Conduct one-to-one training sessions (in-person and online).
Monitor and track client progress.
Lead trial sessions and engage in sales conversations
Ensure the studio remains clean, organised, and welcoming.
