The Role Imagine this A young person has just moved into West Farm after months of instability. Theyre unsure, maybe guarded, but you start by cooking a simple meal together. Over time, you help them learn to budget, manage a tenancy, and rebuild confidence. Youre not just teaching skills, youre helping someone believe they can thrive independently, while knowing theyve got someone they can trust walking alongside them.

As an Independent Living Skills Coach, youll walk alongside them, helping them cook a meal, budget for bills, apply for college, or simply believe in themselves again. What youll be doing Act as a coach and keyworker, co-creating 'My Journey' plans with young people. Build supportive relationships rooted in trust and respect. Deliver life skills sessions, activities and accredited programmes.
