We do ask that you have a relevant Early Years Qualification at a minimum of Level 2 where you will be supported to gain your L3 qualification.

About your development

At Salford we’re serious about helping people grow. You will receive a full and comprehensive induction across all our sites along with access to the Starting Life Well training programme through which you will be supported to achieve a Paediatric First Aid Qualification within three months of starting with us.
