About the role

Delivering professional, reliable, and efficient administrative support to customers, partners, and colleagues.
Processing and validating planning and building control applications with accuracy and care.
Supporting the administration of planning appeals.
Managing your own workload and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Contributing to continuous service improvement and high performance standards.

About You

Strong communication and ICT skills.
A proactive approach and a commitment to customer care.
Attention to detail and pride in your work.
Experience working in a busy, team-based environment can be beneficial, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your commitment to the role, and your ability to work collaboratively.
