Job Description:

Are you an aspiring sports coach looking to gain valuable experience and develop your coaching skills? Pro Skill Sports is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team, delivering high-quality sports sessions in primary schools across the North West.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sports, eager to learn, and ready to take on the challenge of leading sessions confidently. You will start with a few scheduled sessions each week, with the opportunity for more coaching hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engaging and fun sports sessions for primary school children.
Plan and deliver coaching sessions that promote skill development, teamwork, and physical activity.
Manage a group of children confidently, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
Inspire and motivate young athletes to enjoy sports and develop their skills.
Adapt sessions to suit the needs and abilities of all participants.

What We’re Looking For:

Aspiring coaches who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a school environment.
Confidence in leading groups and managing children’s behavior effectively.
A passion for sports and working with young children.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Qualifications and Experience (Preferred but not essential):

Coaching certifications (e.g., FA Level 1, UKCC, or equivalent) (Preferred but not essential)
Previous experience working with children (e.g., coaching, volunteering, or teaching assistant roles) (Preferred but not essential)
DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) (essential)
Right to work documents (essential)
