Your role

We’re seeking a creative and detail-driven Learning and Development Specialist to join our growing apprenticeship team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll support the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training programmes aligned to our new in-house apprenticeship provision.

From digital content creation to programme facilitation, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, apprentices and external providers to ensure every learning experience is impactful, inclusive and fit for the future of maritime logistics.

What you’ll bring:

Strong instructional design and digital content expertise (Articulate, Storyline, Rise etc.)
Experience in supporting apprenticeships or structured learning pathways
Great communication skills and stakeholder confidence
A learner-first mindset with strong attention to quality
Full UK driving licence preferred and ability to travel across ports
