We are looking for a qualified coach with a good pedigree and background experience, who is growing or has a huge desire to build their business, through helping others to either grow their business or their self-leadership capabilities.

We currently work with a diverse group of highly talented, high-calibre coaches who all joined us because something was missing from their offer and they wanted to be part of a business like ours, which is expanding by growing a community of like-minded coaches.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.

• Demonstrable experience coaching individuals from a range of backgrounds.

• You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, influencing, and fearlessly challenging leaders and managers at all levels on behavioural change that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value

• Passionate about changing people's lives through coaching

• You want to benefit from being self-employed and being part of something bigger than just you.

Desired Skills and Experience

Min 1+ years' coaching experience in
Entrepreneur mentality with a real desire to develop the business and clients you want for yourself.
