We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individual to join our team to support essential administrative functions in the business. This apprenticeship offers the chance to gain real-world experience in a busy office whilst working towards a nationally recognised Business Administration qualification.

Job Description

Answering and directing phone calls professionally
Monitoring emails and ensuring prompt responses to routine enquiries
Data entry, document filing, and updating company systems and spreadsheets
Assisting with maintenance of document control and record keeping
Filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
Monitoring and replenishing of stationery and other general office supplies
Incoming/outgoing deliveries
Handle outgoing mail
Maintaining tidiness of the overall office environment
Such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required

Ideal Candidate

Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident with basic IT systems (Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook)
Enthusiasm for learning with good attitude
Ability to work within a team and use own initiative
Self-motivated
GCSEs in Maths and English
