Next Level are the business development group of Reflections Training Academy. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional person to join the team on a part-time basis (circa 20 hours). We have a vacancy in Bristol and Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities:

Demonstrate energy and passion to motivate and train learners
Strong communication skills, be approachable and able to initiate ideas
Ability to prioritise, good organisational skills and able to adhere to deadlines and targets
To have a passion for the delivery of Study Programmes and Apprenticeship Standards in the following areas:
Business Administration
Customer Service
Team Leading & Management
Hold a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, as an example)

Tutor/Assessor Duties to include:

Plan and deliver training to learners that identify individual learning needs, preferred approaches and prior skills and knowledge to ensure maximum impact
To support the delivery underpinning of knowledge through workshops and one-to-ones, in line with the programmes mentioned above
To ensure all workshops and sessions are fully prepared offering inspiring and interactive delivery
To monitor learner progress and performance in meeting their individual training plan, and aspirations and set targets
To schedule timely visits and carry out assessments/training within the workplace where appropriate
To support learners with their functional skill developments
To work with learners in preparing them for the world of work and Employability Skills
Ability to demonstrate and deliver high-quality training
IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office
The successful candidate will be working with learners and employers in raising the standards and quality of training
