Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Pay: £160 £220/day (DOE)
Duration: Full-time Long-term Temp-to-Perm opportunities

Luma Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive school. You ll lead lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils of all abilities, helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to SEN pupils needs across subjects and year groups
Maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Support pupils learning, social, and emotional development throughout the day
Adapt quickly to new settings, following school routines and individual support plans

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in UK schools
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Flexible, adaptable, and confident working across year groups/subjects
Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
