Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of Managers and Leaders? Do you have experience delivering management training and thrive in both online and face-to-face teaching environments? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a dynamic Lecturer in Management and Leadership to join our team to deliver the Level 4 in Management and Leadership, a part-time, blended learning programme tailored for aspiring and current managers.

Key Details:

Hours: 3 hours per week teaching (6 pm to 9 pm, one evening per week)

Hours total over the course: Approx 200 hours to include prep time and marking

Delivery: Blended (online and face to face)

Start date: February 2025

Pay: £50 per hour

Campus location: Wimbledon, South West London

Who we are looking for:

Ideally CMI qualified (or willing to undergo training with us).
An experienced Lecturer or trainer in management and leadership.
Comfortable using Moodle for attendance and resource management
Passionate about teaching and mentoring adult learners
