Job Description We are currently recruiting for our client, a leading organisation in cargo and ground transport operations, who are looking to appoint a Driver Trainer at London Heathrow . This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced driver with training expertise to play a key role in driver compliance, development, and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities Conduct driver assessments and manage ongoing development of new and existing drivers Deliver structured induction and remedial training, including post-incident reviews Ensure full driver compliance with tachograph laws and Working Time Directive Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss reports, identifying training needs Carry out daily vehicle checks and promote safe loading and unloading practices Work with the compliance team to support audits and internal training projects Develop and update driver training programs, policies, and compliance memos Ensure adherence to CAA, safety, and airport regulatory standards Skills & Experience Required Minimum 10 years' commercial driving experience (CE licence essential) Strong working knowledge of the Highway Code, O'Licence requirements, and DVSA test standards Holder of DCPC and Digi Tacho Card

Experience with fridge trailers and roller bed trailers In-depth understanding of tachograph rules and WTD compliance Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable writing and delivering structured training content Flexible approach to shifts - occasional night work may be required Awareness of Health & Safety at Work and CAA airport regulations Additional Requirements All successful candidates will be subject to:
