We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our Nights team!

The Technical Trainer is responsible for the coordination and delivery of employee technical and operational training in the business. Management of all the day to day operational Technical Training, developing SOP’s and fault finding documents, sign off’s of all Team Leaders technical skills ensuring they are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

In addition to the base salary you would also receive a Night Shift Premium

The key responsibilities of the Technical Trainer include:

Schedules and delivers relevant training according to the training plan in order to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their work in accordance with the standard operating and technical procedures.
Supports the development of a robust training assessment process and its criteria to effectively evaluate the success of training activities and understanding of the learner.
Supports the development of SOP’s, standard settings sheets and fault finding documents.
Use the down time reporting system to analyse down time data to support GAP analysis.
Partners with Team Leaders and Shift Managers to ensure training is carried out to meet site training standards.
Day to day administration of the training management system.
Provides ongoing feedback to Operational Leads regarding all aspects of training.
Provides training support across shifts to maintain a standard way of working.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,596.00-£31,000.00 per year
