What does the Commis Chef Apprenticeship Scheme involve day to day?

Working alongside our experienced chefs to prepare and deliver high quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen.
Learning essential culinary techniques, from food preparation to plating and presentation.
Supporting the team with daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
Studying towards your Level 2 Commis Chef qualification with structured learning and dedicated mentor support.

You have a genuine passion for food and a desire to build a career in the culinary industry.
You have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and develop.
You have good communication skills and a positive, team focused attitude.
You have a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
No prior experience required, just your enthusiasm and drive.
