We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Factory Trainer to become a vital part of our onsite Training Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Training and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm

Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role

Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

Induction training for new starters and refresh current colleagues including food safety & health and safetyMandatory training module requirements for site and legal requirementsOperational training module trainingEvaluate colleague operational performance via internal audit sheetsManagement training modules in relation to shop floor operationsPreparing and reviewing Standard Operational ProceduresLiaise with Management team members in relation to training requirements and/or issuesSupport and mentor new colleaguesEnsure training matrix information is maintained and updated as and when requiredWork with and develop the site shop floor training supportsPlan training schedules ( with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates
