Job Description / Duties

Deliver technical and product training programmes to automotive technicians through classroom, workshop, virtual classroom, and live broadcast environments.
Facilitate practical and theory-based learning sessions focused on diagnostics, electrical systems, and new vehicle technologies.
Prepare, maintain, and update technical training materials and course content to align with industry and manufacturer developments.
Conduct practical demonstrations, learner assessments, and knowledge evaluations to support competency development.
Support learners with varying levels of technical experience by adapting delivery methods to suit individual learning needs.
Promote learner engagement through interactive and structured training sessions.
Assist with the rollout of new model and product launch training activities.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, certifications, and administrative documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve training quality, course effectiveness, and learner outcomes.
Ensure all training activities are delivered in line with health, safety, and professional standards.

Qualifications / Requirements

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or a related automotive discipline.
Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and electrical systems.
Previous experience within an automotive workshop, dealership, or manufacturer environment.
Confident presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage different learner groups.
Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or technical instruction is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple training priorities effectively.
Competent in using digital learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with evolving automotive technologies.
