We are seeking to appoint a motivated and inspirational Assistant Principal with responsibility for EYFS, Year 1 and Phonics, who will join us on our journey to becoming a truly great school. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader who can champion early learning, drive high-quality teaching and phonics provision, and work collaboratively as part of our senior leadership team to make Bramble Academy the best it can be.

To be successful, you will:

be able to nurture, inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities
have a clear vision for delivering a high-quality, ambitious curriculum across EYFS and Key Stage 1
demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to support, coach and develop staff
enjoy working as part of a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes for every pupil
