Qualifications and Requirements

SCQF Level 8 in a relevant science subject or equivalent professional experience.
Teaching Essentials Programme completion within the first 6 months of employment.
Professional Development Award within 12-18 months.
TQFE or equivalent and registration with the General Teaching Council (Scotland).
Teaching experience in post-compulsory education and knowledge of assessments.
Experience in science industry and IT skills for online learning.
