And this isn’t incremental growth either. The business is set to grow by more than 400% over the next five years.

This is a broad Talent Development leadership role spanning Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organisation Design, Performance, Succession and Talent Strategy.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who has operated at Director level within Talent Development and can demonstrate real breadth across the full employee lifecycle. Ideally, you’ll have built high-performing Talent functions within fast-growth, operationally complex, multi-site environments before.

You’ll be strategic, commercially minded and able to think long-term - but equally comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting close to the detail when needed.You’ll also be someone who uses data well; not just to measure performance, but to influence decisions and demonstrate impact.Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely loves this space. Someone with energy, ambition and a real passion for building people capability at scale.

The role reports directly to the COO and offers a clear path toward a broader People Director remit as the business continues to grow.
