Due to our significant and continued expansion we are recruiting an additional Internal Trainer to join our friendly Compliance and Training team. Salary - £25,000 plus Audi A3 and bonus. The main objective of this role is to provide and develop effective internal training to improve administration performance across the business. The successful applicant will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy and must be willing to travel throughout the UK with regular overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs and develop our employees’ skills through training, coaching and support.
Organise initial and refresher training sessions.
Train colleagues on company systems and procedures, including Microsoft Office. This will be on a one-to-one or group basis as necessary. Delivery may be in person or remote (via Teams).
Evaluate trainee’s performance and provide written and verbal feedback to assist with their signing off as competent.
Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques alongside other members of the training team based on feedback and administration performance.
Produce and update training resources and other documentation.
Support colleagues in regional office, including serving as a resource for specific process problems and guiding them to the appropriate steps to resolve.
Support compliance team with compliance checks when requested.
Travel widely to provide training, including overnight stays when required.
Assist Line Manager as directed.

Person Specification:

Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ensure continuous improvement of learning methods utilised
- Ability to problem solve with methodical approach
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to build relationships throughout the business at all levels
- Enjoys working independently
- Must be able to stay overnight for up to four nights a week (working days are Mon-Fri)
- Must hold a full current driving licence and have the legal eye sight requirements to drive
Desirable
- Experience in designing and delivering training
- Training or L&D qualification (AET (formally PTLLS)/NVQ/CIPD/City & Guilds) advantageous
