Your Role & Responsibilities:

Create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive
Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, adapting activities to meet individual needs
Track key children's progress and share their learning journey with parents/carers using Tapestry
Build strong, positive partnerships with families
Ensure the safety, wellbeing and development of all children in the nursery
Raise any concerns appropriately while maintaining confidentiality

Who We're Looking For:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification with at least one year of post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Birth to 5 framework
A genuine passion for child development and early years education
Confident, empathetic and proactive in safeguarding children
A creative thinker who brings ideas to enhance learning experiences
A strong communicator who values teamwork and partnership working.
