We are looking for a passionate Personal Trainer & Group Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis, helping members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and results-driven environment.

Job Overview

As a Personal Trainer & Group Instructor, you will:
✔Lead engaging group fitness classes and 1:1 personal training sessions.
✔Work closely with clients to develop tailored fitness programs.
✔Support gym members with technique, motivation, and progress tracking.
✔Contribute to a welcoming and results-driven gym environment.
✔Assist with maintaining gym cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
✔Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
✔Have the opportunity to grow your hours and progress into a managerial role if the potential is seen.

What We’re Looking For

Certified Personal Trainer (Level 3 or equivalent).
Experience leading group fitness classes.
Passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Strong communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude.
A team player who wants to be part of a growing fitness community.
First aid and defibrillation certification (or willingness to obtain).
Interest in working with our social media manager to create fitness content.

✔Proof of first aid and defibrillation certification.
