Are you a strong Assistant Manager with a passion for QSR and a love for training and developing teams? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to travel across the UK, support new restaurant openings, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

In this role, you’ll mentor and coach team members, ensure smooth operations, and play a key part in rolling out a fast-growing, high-energy hospitality concept. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in different sites and have the chance for international training in a world-class hospitality hub, giving you insights into best-in-class operations.

Proven experience in QSR supervision/management
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
