Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and passionate Training Facilitators to deliver our CPD-accredited training on culturally appropriate care. As a facilitator, you will lead dynamic, engaging sessions that equip care staff with essential cultural competence to deliver inclusive, sensitive, and respectful care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver In-Person Training: Lead CareAlgo’s 2-hour interactive sessions on culturally appropriate care for care staff.
Engage and Inspire: Use real-world case studies, discussions, and activities to foster understanding of cultural competence and inclusive care practices.
Ensure Quality Content Delivery: Cover essential topics, including the Equality Act 2010, Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and key cultural care principles.
Support Learning: Encourage reflective practice and ensure participants are actively engaged in learning.
Administrative Tasks: Complete feedback forms, attendance records, and ensure participants receive certificates upon completion.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and contribute to the evolution of our training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in delivering training, ideally in adult social care or healthcare settings.
Strong understanding of cultural competence, inclusive care practices, and relevant legislation (e.g., Equality Act 2010, CQC standards).
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Flexibility to travel to various care provider locations for in-person training sessions.

Additional Details

Freelance Role: As an independent contractor, you have the freedom to choose your assignments based on availability.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): All facilitators must sign an NDA to protect proprietary information.
Compensation: £150 per completed session.
Training & Support: Comprehensive training materials and full session delivery support will be provided. You’ll receive detailed notes and a briefing to help you confidently lead the sessions. Ongoing support is also available to ensure your success.
