Overview:
IDG Communications is looking for an experienced, pro-active and customer focussed Program Manager to join our Western Europe /Meta team, on a contractor basis. The main objective of this contractor role is to ensure timely delivery of programs for our clients in close collaboration with sales, editorial and customer experience teams.
In this role you are is responsible for planning and the delivery of products to clients, proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, communicating and initiating appropriate actions. Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between internal departments. Ensuring a successful, on time outcome within budget, assisting our clients achieve their objectives.
The perfect candidate has a global mindset, in depth experience managing complex programs, and knowledge of media and marketing. Knowledge of and strong affinity with Information Technology would also be a benefit, but not essential.
Contract duration is 6-8 months.
Responsibilities:

Client Management, including communication and internal project management
Managing and aligning the multiple workstreams in delivering program elements
Regular briefings and updates with clients and internal departments
Creating and maintaining project documentation and systems (CRM)
Budget management of the programs

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in managing programs, preferably in media
Data driven and tech savvy attitude
The ability and resilience to work to tight deadlines
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Leadership in how to manage internal and external stakeholders
Strategic focus with solid business knowledge, global business acumen
