Overall Purpose & Scope of Role:

The Administrator plays an essential role in coordinating educational programs and events, maintaining meticulous records, and supporting staff and students within an educational institution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Applicant Days: Booking applicants onto Applicant Days, providing necessary information, and assisting with on-site coordination.
  • Educational Support: Collaborating with teachers, staff, and students to support the educational process, including setting up learning platforms and assisting with technical needs.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping: Adding learners to the candidate pool, checking compliance, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth educational delivery.
  • Administrative Assistance: Providing support to the Marketing and Engagement Managers, along with other departments, as needed, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Compliance Excellence: Maintain error-free employer/learner compliance documentation to uphold educational standards and regulations.
  • Efficient Processing: Achieve 100% timely processing and communication with applicants to promote engagement and satisfaction.
  • Record Integrity: Ensure 100% accurate and up-to-date CRM/ILR records, reflecting an understanding of educational reporting requirements.
  • Prompt Issue Resolution: Address 100% of administrative issues within a maximum of four weeks, reflecting a commitment to excellence and efficiency.
